Quotations and estimates provided by Telonix are:

• Valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified
• Subject to final survey, planning permissions, and detailed specifications
• Exclusive of VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise
• Not binding until a formal construction contract is executed

Final project costs may vary based on site conditions, regulatory requirements, and specification changes requested by the client.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Telonix website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Telonix or its licensors and is protected by Dutch and international copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our content without express written permission. This includes but is not limited to:

• Construction designs and architectural plans created by Telonix
• Project photographs and case studies
• Technical specifications and methodologies
• Marketing materials and brand assets

Rights to specific project designs and plans will be addressed in individual construction contracts.

Website Use and Availability

While we strive to maintain website availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to:

Dispute Resolution

For construction project disputes, we prefer mediation through recognised Dutch construction industry mediation services before pursuing formal legal proceedings.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our website and services at our discretion, particularly in cases of:

• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Failure to provide accurate information
• Breach of confidentiality agreements

Termination of website access does not affect ongoing construction contracts, which are governed by separate terms.
